Cooking Instructions:
Defrost and remove all packaging. Cook thoroughly in preheated oven at 220°C or Gas Mark 8. Cook for 25 mins. For crispier taste, deep fry until golden brown. Shred the duck and serve.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
